The Memeland services, which include, but are not limited to, any of the entertainment content, products, services, websites, or mobile application produced or distributed by Memeland ("Services"), are provided by Adsvido Limited ("Memeland"), a company organized under the laws of Hong Kong, with its registration address at Rm 7B, One Capital Place, 18 Luard Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong and its company number 2788543.
There are certain things that you should be aware of when using our website and mobile application. First, the Memeland website and mobile application are publicly accessible and searchable to users and visitors around the world. This means that anything that you post to the Memeland website and mobile application may be viewable by third parties after the user account registration. Second, since anything that you post to the Memeland website or mobile application are tied to your user account, your postings may not be anonymous. If you prefer to protect your privacy while using the Memeland website and mobile application, we recommend that you use the service under a pseudonym. However, Memeland is not responsible for the content generated by users and posted at the Memeland mobile application.
Upon user account registration at Memeland website and/or mobile application, or even if you are just browsing, we may collect some basic data from you such as your username, password, email address, phone number, the type of mobile device that you are using, your geographical location, and your IP address. Furthermore, you can choose to share additional data with us, which is outlined below. We also provide you with the ability to limit the data that we collect from you and how we use it.
We may collect data about your location by collecting and processing your IP address and device settings. Memeland follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information may be collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Like any other website, Memeland uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. Both this Section and the previous one are aimed to use your interactions with the Memeland website and mobile application to show you more relevant content. We may also share your data with certain third parties to aid us in operating the Memeland mobile application. For example, we may share your personal data with third parties, such as analytics providers, to utilize their software tools and measure the effectiveness of our advertisements. We may also share personal data, such as device IDs, with third party advertisers to help them determine whether they should serve an ad to you. The data that we share with these third parties does not include your email address, name, phone number, or username, but it may include your geographical location.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Memeland does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
